This release concludes Carl Schuricht's Parisian Beethoven Symphony Cycle, with a tremendous stereo recording of the Symphony No. 9, featuring soloists Wilma Lipp, Marga Höffgen, Murray Dickie and Gottlob Frick in a superb finale with the Chorale Elisabeth Brasseur joining the Orchestre de la Société des Concerts du Conservatoire.
