FOU TS'ONG plays Schubert

This week we return to the fabulous 1990s concert recordings of the brilliant Chinese pianists Fou Ts'ong, with two major works for solo piano by Schubert.

From Dublin in 1991 we have his 4 Impromptus, D.935, and from Wigmore Hall concert in London in 1995, the sublime Sonata No. 18 in G major. Both were captured in superb stereo sound at the time and in these Pristine masters, issued for the first time ever, sound truly exceptional.

We also commemorate one of the 20th century's musical titans on the 73rd anniversary of his death: all this week we have a special discount on music by Arnold Schoenberg.
